A Dash of Ash

Happy New Year, everyone and welcome back to my not-so-updated blog. (Geez! Should I just make a Vlog instead?).

Anyways, as I have been doing since 2012, let me share some bits and pieces of my roller coaster ride. 2019 has been a tough year for me, BUT this is also a year of breakthrough. Well, breakthrough is for you to have the courage and the bravery to stop settling for the second best. 2019 is a tough year for most of us, but I am glad, we’re still alive!

January - New Year Celebration and Staycation with my sibs. Booked a one-night stay at Holiday Inn Makati to celebrate my sister's wedding anniversary and my niece’s birthday.

I also joined #Mission: Possible in Victory Makati as I want to be part of the TDM. (see my bucketlist)

February – A very challenging month for us, financially and emotionally. My nephew got a very rare disease known as Kawasaki. He was at the ICU for almost a week.

... But God is truly faithful, He never leave us. He's a good Father - a provider and a healer.

March – After years of waiting and praying, I finally got a promotion. It is true that there's a time for everything. This is my new family - CEC team. Yey!

April – Hello there summer! I am finally braces-free. Also, i chopped my hair after 6 months.

Finished my Purple book class as well! This month's really tiring as I have to attend classes after my work hours.

May – Spontaneous dates with friends. Heart check + eat outs. Binondo Food trip.

June – Baguio get away with my BIG family. We're finally complete! We've been planning to visit Baguio to celebrate our mom's 60th birthday since December 2019, and by the grace of God, we've made it! By the way, the kids have been saving their baon so they can have their own pocket money. Good job kids!

July – This is my 1st ever team building activity with CEC and I'd say it's really fun. #TeamGray Hooray!

August – Ohh oooh gosh! It's August, my birth month! OMG! Thank God I'm still alive, healthy and young-looking, dont you agree?! :)

September - Finally moved to our new home - WCP.

October - CWTlympics ladies and gents! Who would have thought that I can play basketball? and yes, we didn't win (as expected!) , but we certainly had fun.
